Your processes.
AI inside your controls.
Flowanto Agentic ERP is the proposed enterprise-operations offering within the Flowanto portfolio. It applies a configurable workflow model to business modules and adds AI assistance that works within each user's authorized data and actions.
Begin with the organization
Map objectives, companies, organizational units, process owners, records, approvals and reporting needs. Configure responsibilities first, then align module workflows and user experiences with the agreed operating model.
A shared workflow foundation
Define steps, assignments, conditions, parallel reviews, deadlines, reminders and escalation. Apply the same approach across modules rather than creating unrelated approval rules for every department.
Module families to scope
The ERP proposal identifies capabilities across these families; inclusion is confirmed for each release and engagement:
- Commercial
- CRM, sales, presales coordination and bidding support.
- Supply chain
- purchasing, supplier processes and inventory.
- Finance
- accounting, expenses and financial approvals.
- People and time
- human resources, timesheets and related approvals.
- Delivery and service
- projects, helpdesk, quality and document management.
- Assets and recurring operations
- fleet, maintenance, subscriptions and rental.
What the AI assistant does
Ask about authorized records, summarize a workflow or task, draft content for review and identify work awaiting your attention. Where an action is supported, the assistant proposes it and requests explicit confirmation before execution.
What agentic means here
The assistant can select approved tools and help move an authorized process forward. It does not gain broader access than the user, approve its own financial decisions or bypass required human steps. The ERP model uses a propose-then-confirm pattern for changes.
- Propose
- Confirm
- Execute
- Record
One task view across departments
Bring open workflow tasks into a role-aware inbox. Managers can review workload, overdue actions and bottlenecks while users see the records and decisions within their responsibility.
Permissions carried through the system
Apply organizational scope, role permissions and data classification to the interface, APIs, exports and AI. Sensitive information must not become visible through a summary or derived answer when the user cannot access the underlying data.
Delivery built around acceptance
Define the module register, process catalogue, forms, permission matrix, AI actions, integrations and reporting requirements. Validate access boundaries, workflow exceptions, bilingual requirements and user acceptance before production rollout.
This is proposed Flowanto product positioning based on Greenology's workflow-ERP capabilities. It is not a republication of a client edition. Release status, reusable components, licensing, deployment, localization and integration scope are established before commitment.
