Our Company

A shared foundation for
a specialist business.

Greenology's umberlla company model brings together complementary contributions from Greenology and an outside professional or company. The aim is to develop an offering, establish commercial demand and build a business with clear operating accountability.

Greenology's contribution

The strategy describes brand, commercial infrastructure, sales and business development, back-office support, client and partner access, and applicable technology platforms. The available contribution depends on the unit, territory and agreed scope.

The partner's contribution

A partner may contribute specialized expertise, technology, intellectual property, a team, delivery capacity, clients or capital. Contributions and their valuation are recorded before the unit is formed.

An operating business from the beginning

Each unit has a defined offering and lead, an agreed business plan and separate financial reporting. Shared-service costs and the economic relationship are recorded in the partnership terms.

No automatic spin-off

A review may lead to continued operation within Greenology, formation of a separate entity on written terms, or an agreed conclusion of the collaboration. A fixed timetable or automatic revenue trigger is not promised.

Formation. Build. Review.

Form the collaboration; build and commercialize the offering; review the evidence. A separate legal entity is considered case by case, based on commercial proof, repeatability, readiness, partner alignment and strategic fit.
