ECTRIO Documented offering

Enterprise intelligence
connected to your work.

ECTRIO brings generative AI, specialist agents and computer vision into a connected enterprise platform. It is designed to work with your documents, applications, cameras and operational systems through governed integrations.

One platform, two capability families

ECTRIO Intelligence supports knowledge, content and business-task assistance. ECTRIO Vision turns selected camera events into operational alerts and evidence. Both are organized around controlled access, traceable actions and defined review responsibilities.

ECTRIO Intelligence

Eight capability areas described in the platform overview:

AI Chat
Arabic and English assistance for analysis and drafting.
DocGen & Reports
prepare reports, memos and letters from an approved brief and authorized information.
SlideGen
develop presentations from briefs, documents or data.
Knowledge AI (RAG)
retrieve relevant information from permitted documents and return answers with source references.
RFP Compliance
assist with clause-by-clause requirement matrices and gap identification; accountable reviewers confirm the result.
CodeGen
assist software teams with code, reviews and internal tools.
Agent Builder
configure task-specific agents and their approved tools.
Workflow Automation
initiate configured agent tasks from events, schedules or messages.

ECTRIO Vision

Eight named vision capabilities described in the platform overview:

AutoVision
vehicle detection, counting, classification, dwell and queue analysis.
PersonaScan
controlled face-detection and watch-list use cases, only where authorized and subject to applicable requirements.
FallSafe
person-down and fall-event detection.
WorkerWatch
PPE and restricted-zone event monitoring.
FuelWatch
selected leak, spill, smoke and equipment-anomaly use cases.
AI Counter
people counting, occupancy, direction and flow.
ExitGuard
blocked-exit, crowding and evacuation-monitoring use cases.
Sentinel Track
multi-camera person-tracking use cases for authorized operational environments.

Embed. Connect. Stream.

Embed an assistant within an existing application; connect agents to authorized business actions; or feed selected camera, IoT, BMS and SCADA events into a response workflow. Candidate interfaces include APIs, webhooks, enterprise identity, messaging, ERP, CRM, ECM and camera/VMS integrations. Each connector and action scope must be validated for the target environment.

Governed AI, not unrestricted autonomy

Define the user identity, permitted sources, tool permissions, output checks, retention and audit requirements. High-impact or externally visible actions follow the approved confirmation and escalation model. Deployment architecture, model availability and data flows determine whether an on-premise, private-cloud or isolated environment is feasible.

Start with a bounded use case

Agree a pilot scope, data access, baseline and acceptance measures. Enterprise, partner/reseller and embedded engagement models are subject to the selected offering.

Capabilities are described from the supplied platform overview. Release availability, supported connectors, model hosting, camera suitability and operating performance are confirmed during solution validation. Vision alerts do not replace certified life-safety systems or authorized human response.
