Our Company

Clear scope.
Accountable delivery.

Greenology describes capabilities from documented materials, confirms availability during solution validation and keeps human approval and permissions at the centre of every system it delivers.

Principles

  • AI assists; accountable owners approve.
  • Permissions are carried through interfaces, APIs, exports and AI.
  • Product maturity, availability, licensing, IP ownership and delivery responsibility are confirmed separately.
  • No unsupported statistics, live telemetry, named references or certification claims.
  • Scope, service targets and terms are agreed in writing.

Governed AI, not unrestricted autonomy

Define the user identity, permitted sources, tool permissions, output checks, retention and audit requirements. High-impact or externally visible actions follow the approved confirmation and escalation model. Deployment architecture, model availability and data flows determine whether an on-premise, private-cloud or isolated environment is feasible.

Human control across every layer

Define approval authority, allowable automated actions, audit references, exception handling and recovery. Do not allow a convenient AI interface to bypass the rules governing the underlying record.

Permissions carried through the system

Apply organizational scope, role permissions and data classification to the interface, APIs, exports and AI. Sensitive information must not become visible through a summary or derived answer when the user cannot access the underlying data.

Information you share with us

Do not submit passwords, sensitive client files or confidential proposal details through a general enquiry form. The team will confirm the relevant engagement contact and next step.
